Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the MSO Cloud website, accounts and workspaces. Read them together with any order form, statement of work, data-processing agreement or contract signed with YouNet Group.

01

Agreement and priority

By accessing or using MSO Cloud for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and agree to follow these terms. If you lack authority or do not agree, do not continue using the service.

If the organisation has signed a contract, order form, statement of work or data-processing agreement with YouNet Group, the signed document controls in a conflict. Specific commercial, support, security and service-term commitments appear in those documents.

02

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only the account assigned to you and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. The organisation is responsible for managing members, roles, brands and the data sources it permits users to connect.

03

Permitted use

You may use MSO Cloud only for lawful business purposes within your authorised scope. You must not:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to bypass security measures or usage limits.
  • Access data, accounts, organisations or brands for which you have no permission.
  • Upload malware, unlawful content or data you have no right to process.
  • Use the service, data or outputs to violate law, privacy rights or intellectual-property rights.
04

Data and connected services

The organisation retains its rights in data it provides and grants YouNet Group the rights needed to store, process, transform and display that data to provide the service. The organisation confirms it has the rights and lawful basis to place the data in the system.

Third-party connections are also subject to the provider’s terms, API permissions and limits. You are responsible for maintaining valid access; provider changes or outages may affect synchronisation.

05

Marketing recommendations and decisions

MSO Cloud supports observation, analysis, recommendations and learning; it does not replace business judgement. The Marketing Brain recommends, the Brand decides, and the Brand remains accountable for actions, budgets, content, compliance and outcomes.

06

Operation, support and service changes

We operate and support the service under the applicable agreement. No service level, response time, retention or recovery commitment applies unless it appears in a signed document.

We may improve, change or discontinue a feature for security, compliance or product development, with appropriate notice when a change materially affects agreed use.

07

Ownership

YouNet Group and its licensors retain rights in the MSO Cloud software, design, documentation, marks and technology. Use of the service does not transfer ownership. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the product without disclosing the organisation’s confidential data.

08

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect the service, prevent security risk, address a breach or apply the commercial agreement. On termination, access and data handling follow the contract and Privacy Notice.

09

Outcomes and warranties

To the extent permitted by law and unless a signed document says otherwise, MSO Cloud does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete third-party data, or that a recommendation will produce a particular marketing or business outcome.

10

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the effective date. Governing law, dispute resolution, fees, liability limits and other commercial terms are set by the signed agreement. Questions may be sent to the contact address on this page.
