This notice covers the public website, sign-in page, MSO Cloud workspaces and related support features provided by YouNet Group. For data your organization places in the service, that organization may determine the purpose of processing; YouNet Group processes the data to provide the service under its agreement with the organization.

Data is shared only as needed to provide the service, follow the organization’s instructions, work with appropriately bound infrastructure or specialist providers, or comply with law. Access is limited by job function.
When you connect a third-party platform, data is exchanged according to the action you authorise and is also subject to that platform’s policies. MSO Cloud does not control a third party’s independent practices.
The service uses cookies or browser storage needed for sign-in sessions, security, the selected organization or brand, filters and appearance. Blocking these mechanisms may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
Data is retained as needed to provide the service and according to organization settings, signed agreements, security, recovery and legal requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised under the applicable process; a lawful retention requirement may extend that period.
MSO Cloud applies organization and brand access controls, encrypted connection credentials, sensitive-action logs and operational measures designed to reduce risk. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect your credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal data. Send a request to your organization administrator or the address on this page; we may verify identity and authority before acting.
If your organization controls the data, we may refer the request to that organization and assist under the service agreement.
