Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MSO Cloud collects, uses, retains and protects data when you browse the website, sign in, work in an organisation workspace or connect a data source.

01

Scope

This notice covers the public website, sign-in page, MSO Cloud workspaces and related support features provided by YouNet Group. For data your organisation places in the service, that organisation may determine the purpose of processing; YouNet Group processes the data to provide the service under its agreement with the organisation.

02

Data we process

The data depends on how you and your organisation use the service. It may include:

  • Account and authentication details such as name, email, role, organisation and sign-in status.
  • Organisation and brand settings, permissions, decisions and content created by users.
  • Data from sources the organisation chooses to connect or upload, plus information needed to operate those connections.
  • Usage, device, network, error, security and activity logs needed to operate and review the service.
  • Information you send when requesting support or contacting us.
03

How we use data

We process data to provide and protect MSO Cloud, including to:

  • Authenticate users, enforce permissions and maintain workspaces.
  • Sync authorised sources, standardise data and produce reports or alerts.
  • Detect faults, prevent unauthorised access, investigate incidents and keep audit records.
  • Support users, perform agreements and meet applicable legal obligations.
04

Sharing and service providers

Data is shared only as needed to provide the service, follow the organisation’s instructions, work with appropriately bound infrastructure or specialist providers, or comply with law. Access is limited by job function.

When you connect a third-party platform, data is exchanged according to the action you authorise and is also subject to that platform’s policies. MSO Cloud does not control a third party’s independent practices.

05

Cookies and browser storage

The service uses cookies or browser storage needed for sign-in sessions, security, the selected organisation or brand, filters and appearance. Blocking these mechanisms may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

06

Retention

Data is retained as needed to provide the service and according to organisation settings, signed agreements, security, recovery and legal requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised under the applicable process; a lawful retention requirement may extend that period.

07

Data security

MSO Cloud applies organisation and brand access controls, encrypted connection credentials, sensitive-action logs and operational measures designed to reduce risk. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect your credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.

08

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal data. Send a request to your organisation administrator or the address on this page; we may verify identity and authority before acting.

If your organisation controls the data, we may refer the request to that organisation and assist under the service agreement.

09

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The current version shows its effective date on this page; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
